Follow these five steps to get into any beta app.

Click the app's beta URL
The link opens the beta app in a new tab. You'll land on the app's home screen with a Sign In prompt.
Choose "Sign in with Microsoft"
You'll see Microsoft's official sign-in dialog. Look for the Microsoft logo to confirm it's the real thing โ we never ask for your password directly.
Enter your Microsoft or Azure credentials
Use whichever Microsoft account you already have. If your organization uses single sign-on, you may be redirected to your company login page.
Approve the consent prompt and you're in
The first time you sign in, Microsoft will ask you to approve basic profile access (just your name and email). Click Accept and you'll land in the app, ready to use.

I don't have a Microsoft account.
You can create one for free in about a minute. Sign up at account.microsoft.com with any email address โ it works the same way as a Hotmail or Outlook account.
I get "access denied" after signing in.
Some beta apps need credentials provisioned for your tenant before you can get in. Send us a quick note with the app name and your email and we'll grant access within one business day.
Which app should I try first?
Pick the one closest to your work. PEARL is great if you deal with environmental compliance or clean-energy incentives. PARIS is for accessibility and WCAG audits. PixbyPix handles media forensics. Praana monitors environmental conditions. PRISM is general project management.
Can I use the beta apps on my phone?
Yes โ all five apps are PWAs, so they work on mobile browsers and can be installed to your home screen. Microsoft sign-in works the same on mobile as on desktop.
Is my data safe in beta?
Yes. We only request basic profile access (your name and email) through Microsoft, never your password. Beta data is isolated and never used for production analytics.
